For security purposes, we require that the billing information provided match that of the cardholder. Failure to provide this information may cause your order to be delayed or canceled. Please note, the charge on your statement will appear from salesportshirts.com.

We implement very rigorous security policies to assure that your payment information remains private. When entering your credit card or check information, the communications between your computer and our payment processor are completely secure using 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. This process scrambles your information as it travels across the Internet so that it can be deciphered only by the intended recipient. This method is the standard in secure communications for the Internet.

Once your payment has been received, your credit card information is held for a period of three months to enable returns to be dealt with as required. While we hold your information we store it securely on a private and secure database server that is protected behind a state of the art firewall on a separate network not attached to the Internet. The actual credit card information is encrypted while stored on this server to assure that even in the extraordinarily unlikely event that security were to be compromised, the credit card or check information would be useless to anyone trying to gain access.

Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. states where we have a business presence and/or we have determined sales taxes are applicable. Items shipped to APO / FPO military addresses are not subject to taxes. The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates. The amount appearing on your order is an Estimated Tax and may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. Gift wrap and shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states. State and local tax rates are subject to change at any time. Gift Card purchases are not taxable, however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed if shipped to an address where we collect sales tax. Tax will be refunded for returned items.
