  • Delivery Information

    Because of product availability and multiple items in a single order might be dispatched separately. And each individual shipment might be charged separately if you choose an expedited deliver method, while the total shipping fees should not exceed the applicable flat-rat shipping fees of the entire order. Each shipment has its individual tracking number, which can be tracked under the same order number. 1. The shipping dates is estimated, which subject to the product availability and specific shipping destination, etc. 2. We are not responsible for the lost package during transport if the shipping information you provide is not correct.

  • Order Canceling

    1. If you want to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours since you place the order, because your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible after we receive it. 2. If your order has been dispatched after we receive your order canceling request, you should apply for return and full refund after you sign for your parcel.

  • Return and Refund

    1. Please check the goods immediately and carefully after receiving you order. If any defect and damage is found please immediately confirm the responsibility. 2. Please apply for goods return and full refund within 7 days on the condition that it is our fault. 3.
